With him are sea scouts, wearing polar equipment, who took part in a realistic Antarctic exhibition sponsored by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey. The penguin came-from the London zoo. Mr Scott is a lieutenant-commander in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.
