MEN ARRESTED ON £lOO THEFT CHARGE
Two men were arrested in Wellington yesterday in connexion with the theft of £lOO worth of goods from a house in Christchurch at the end of last month. Between July 29 and July 31, a stopwash, cutlery, and a binocular, were taken from the dwelling t>f Mr V. L. Davies, at 39 Middleton road. The theft was reported to the police on August 8. The men will be charged in the Wellington Magistrate’s Court this morning.
