AMENDMENT TO OTTAWA PACT URGEDV (From Our Own Reporter) HANMER SPRINGS, August 9. An amendment to the Ottawa Agreement will be sought by the New Zealand Textile and Garment Manufacturers’ Federation. The federation’s annual conference .5 y recommended its council to study the possibilities of securing the deletion from Schedule D of the agreement the following categories' apparel and ready-made clothing, hosiery and knitted silk, and artificial silk piece goods.
