U.S. Surplus Butter Sale
(Rec. 10.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, June 29. The Agriculture Department today announced the sale of 126,7201 b of Government-owned surplus butter for export sale to Cuba, Venezuela, Panama, El Salvador and the Philippine Republic at a price of 39 cents a lb. The Department also announced the sale of 80.0001 b of non-fat milk solids at 11.75 cents per lb for export to Peru.
