BASKETBALL
SACRED HEART LEADS IN SENIOR COMPETITION Sacred Heart, with 12 points, is the leader in the senior basketball competition which was continued on Saturday. Points scored by other teams are:—West Old Girls 10, Digby’s 9, Technical 7. Mataura 4, and Teachers’ College 0. On Saturday, competition games were restricted to the hard courts at Hagley Park and results were:— Senior Grade.—Teachers’ College 25, Technical 23: Digby’s 18.
