FIFTH TEST IN WEST INDIES

As they reallv went into the attack these batsmen scored Su runs in 43 minutes, by which Weekes had scored 27, including six fours | In the next over Walcott, then 21. should have been out when Johnston took a catch at square leg. but he fell and the bull rolled from his hands. Weekes scored his 56 in 62 minutes with 11 fours. Walcott continued, but his batting wai rather subdued. Worrell made a brilliant 50 after batting for 79 minutes and Hitting ni n » fours. Lindwall then broke the partnership when Worrell was caught behind by Lang, lev. Walcott reached his fourth century i n the present series after batting for' 208 minutes. Australia’s fieldine was raeged. Walcott was dismissed in the last over of the day when he was brilliantly caught by Langley. Johnston returned to the field late In the day, but will take no further part in the match.
