Renewal of wine-seller’s licence: Ronald McPherson Grant; Robert Gregory Parnell; Rochdale Cider Company, Ltd.; Rowe and Company (New Zealand', Ltd.; William Atkinson Green; John Francis Douglas Green. An application by George Milton Julius and Russell Ewing Hastie for the issue of a new wine-seller’s licence was dismissed by the committee. The chairman (Mr Raymond Ferner, S.M.) explained that the committee had no power to grant such a licence.
