WORK FOR LEPERS IN SOUTH PACIFIC
BOARD DISTRIBUTES £30,000 (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 6. More than £30,000 will be distributed by the Lepers’ Trust Board for medical and leprosy work in the south Pacific. The allocations are: Central Leprosy Hospital, Fiji, £2000; Melanesian, Marist and Methodist Missions, British South Solomons, each £3500; SeventhDay Adventist Mission, £1000; Leprosy Hospital, Tahiti, £500; special fund for leprosy relief vessels for Melanesian, Marist, and Methodist Missions, each £4000; cottage hospitals for Presbyterian Mission, New Hebrides, £4OOO.
