PROPOSED REVOCATION AND EXCHANGE OF SMALL BORTION OF RECREATION RESERVE. ST. JAMES’ PARK. PURSUANT to the provisions of Sections 17 and 18 of the Reserves and Domains Act, 1953, it is hereby publicly notified that it is the intention of the Christchurch City Council at a meeting to be held on Monday, July 18, 1955, to consider, and, if approved, to pass a resolution consenting to the revocation of the reservation over the undermentioned reserve and requesting the Honourable the Minister of Lands to declare such reserve available for disposal by way of exchange in part consideration for the transfer to the Council of other land for similar purposes.
