This scheme requires that consumers reduct M present consumption by 5%. The net quota figure will be placed on accounts rendered ufte that date, and savings will be checked against that figure. Until the Ist June, the following modified restrictions now It force are as follows: 1. DOMESTIC WATER HEATING: Not to be used butwra 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. daily. 2. ALL RADIATORS: Not to be used between 4 p.m. and Ipa daily. 3. ALL ELECTRIC ADVERTISING SIGNS: Not to be used except between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. 4. SHOP WINDOWS LIGHTING: Allowed from noon till closing time and from 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. on week-days. 5. LIGHTING OF CAR SALE YARDS: Prohibited enrpt between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on late nights. 6. NO EXTERNAL LIGHTS to be used . . . domestic and com mercial, except by authority, for pedestrian protection, ant restricted to one light not exceeding 25 watts. 7.
