POWER RESTRICTIONS HOW IH FORCE are as follows: 1. DOMESTIC WATER HEATERS Net to b« used between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily. 2. ALL RADIATORS not to be used between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily. 3. ALL ELECTRIC ADVERTISING SIGNS not to be used except between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. 4. SHOW WINDOW LIGHTING allowed from noon till closing time and from 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. on week days. 5. LIGHT:NG OF CAR SALE YARDS prohibited except between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on late nights. 6. NO EXTERNAL LIGHTS to be used . . . domestic and commercial, except by authority, for pedestrian protection, and restricted to one light not exceeding 25 watts. 7. LIGHTING OF SPORTS GROUNDS INDOOR —. To be reduced by 50%. OUTDOOR Reduced to two nights per week.
