(Rec. 10 p.m.) BANDUNG, April 24. Communist China has offered to negotiate with America on Formosa. The offer was made by the 6 MuUSter (Mr Chou En ' ,ai ) at Bandung He said the Chinese Government was willing to enter into negotiations with the United States to discuss the relaxing of tension m the Far East and specially around Formosa. In London, diplomatic quarters welcomed Mr Chou’s statement as the most encouraging sign yet that Peking wants a peaceful solution to the Formosa problem
