DRIVER CRITICALLY INJURED
CAR OVERTURNS (New Zealand Press Association) WANGANUI, April 25. Three young men were injured, one critically, when a rental car in which they were travelling to Wanganui overturned on the Bulls-Turakina highway on Saturday afternoon. Tbe driver of the car, Frederick Howard Spiers, aged 27, of 15 Regent street. Newtown. Wellington, was admitted to the Wanganui Public Hospital with severe injuries. His condition tonight is reported to be unchanged. Passengers in the car, John Henry Bradley, of Regent street, Newtown. and John Horgan, of 52 Ellice avenue. Wellington, were taken to the Wanganui Public Hospital, and after being treated for minor injuries were discharged. The car was badly damaged.
