Remanded.—Martin John Howard, aged 23, a drainlayer, appeared at the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday charged with driving n motor-car when under the influence of liquor on Papanui road on April 22. He wag remanded to May 2 bail being allowed In the sum of £25. Mr J. Logie, JJ>.. and Mr W. E. Olds, J.P., were on the Bench.
