In Baguio (Rec. 7 p.m.) MANILA, April 21. The S.E.A.T.O. military planners today began arriving at Manila for their conference, opening on Monday in the Philippines summer capital of Baguio. A 14-man military delegation from Siam and a member of the Australian delegation have arrived, forming the vanguard of the military experts of the eight-member nations of 5.E.A.T.0., who will meet to draft a collective defence plan for the Southeast Asia area. The Philippines Government has announced that delegates from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, New Zealand, and Pakistan are expected to arrive today and tomorrow. The Government said that the results of the Baguio conference would be reviewed at a conference of S.E.A.T.O.’s chief military advisers at Bangkok several weeks later. Canberras Used In Malaya (Rec. 10 p.m.). SINGAPORE, April 22. Royal Air Force Canberra jet bombers today flew their first bombing mission against Communist terrorists in Malaya. It was the first time the twin-jet Canberra has been used on a bombing mission against an enemy, a communique said. It is also believed to be the first time that any jet bombers have ever made a bombing attack. The British-built jets, capable of flying at more than 600 miles an hour, hit Communist camps in Johore, the southern-most state of the Malayan Federation. They were accompanied by Lincoln piston-engined bombers of the Royal Australian Airforce and Vampire jet fighter-bombers. No F. 8.1. Agents In Britain (Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, April 21.
