This Sale presents to North Canterbury Farmers a chance to procure, close to home, materials for fencing, cattle stops, hay barn construction, and a host of other useful purposes on the farm. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE; It has been requested all Sleepers be delivered or delivery arranged for on the day of sale. All Rails must be removed by purchasers within one week of the day of sale. Following the day of sale. Railway Staff will deliver purchases from Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., and if requested, will load on lorries or railway waggons at a price of Is 6d per rail and Bl ZOs per 100 sleepers. The Sleepers will be stacked in lots of 100, and will be sold per sleeper in stack lots.
