Green) at the annual meeting of the Ellesmere Technical Association. This was considered a very satisfactory increase over the previous year, and it was evident that the association was filling a need in the district. It was agreed to invite enrolments with a view to making an early start with the year’s classes.' Several new subjects were suggested. • I. Mr J, H. McMillan was re-elected chairman of the association.
