PUBLIC NOHCKS CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIM DEDICATION OF LAND FOR STREET PURPOSES LINWOOD AVENUE AND TILFORD STREET IT IS HEREBY „PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that the Christchurch City Council, at a special meeting held in the City Council Chamber, 194 Manchester street, Christchurch, at 8.30 p.m. on Monday, the 4th day of April, 1955, passed the following resolution: “IN PURSUANCE of the powers vested in it by Section 170 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and all amendments thereto it in that behalf enabling, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to lay out. the following land as public street: “Part Section 64, containing approximately 1 rood 6.9 perches, being Part of the Land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 466, Folio 77, as the same is shown coloured red on Survey Office Plan Number 8284.** It is hereby further publicly notified that the foregoing resolution will.be submitted to an ordinary meeting of the Christchurch City Cquncil. to be held in the Qity Council Chamber, situated as aforesaid, at 8 p.m. on Monday, the 16th day of May, 1955. for confirmation as a Special Order.
