Wellington, for the 27 hours after the time of issue, Situation.—An anti-cyclone is advancing from the west. Forecast:— All Districts.—Light to moderate variable winds; weather fair, with cool to moderate temperatures. Outlook.—Fair weather. CHRISTCHURCH WEATHER Yesterday, the weather in Christchurch was sunny in the morning, but later tire sky became cloudy, and the wind changed from north-west to a moderate southwesterly. At midnight, the sky was overcast, and a light west-south-west wind was Mowing. The temperature was 56.3 degrees. The barometer, at 30.16 inches (1021.3 millibars) was rising unsteadily.
