BOWLS N.Z. OFFICERS ELECTED
NO BALLOT NEEDED (New Zealand Press Association) DUNEDIN, April 17. Nominations for the elective officers of the New Zealand Bowling Association closed on April 1 with the secretary (Mr R. S. M. Sinclair, of Dunedin). As there was only one nomination for each vacancy, no election will be necessary. Nominations received were:—president, Mr E. D. Smyth (Dunedin); senior vicepresident, Mr W. J. Short (Auckland); junior vice-president, Mr S. L. Hall (Christchurch).
