HARBOUR BILL INTRODUCED
LYTTELTON LOAN PROPOSALS (From Our Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, April 14. The Lyttelton Harbour Board Loen and Empowering Bill was read a first time today in the House of Representatives, and referred to the Local Bills Committee. . The bill was introduced by Mr T. L. Hayman (Government, Oamaru), on behalf of Mr H. R. Lake (Government, Lyttelton), who at the time was flying back to Wellington from the Chatham Islands.
