Templer To Visit Cyprus
(Rec. 10 p.m.) LONDON, April 12. General Sir Gerald Templer left London airport last night for Cyprus and Uganda on a special mission for the Ministry of Defence. He said he would saend four days in Cyprus before gping on to Uganda. General Terfipler, formerly Britain’s High Commissioner in Malaya, was appointed last month to inquire into the organisation and administration of colonial forces.
