Up to nine months. —Gary Gardner 1, Denise Richards 2, Peter Grafton and Leone Taylor (equal) 3.
Nine months to 18 months.—Rosemary Carr 1, Lawrence Stanley and Judith Watkins (equal) 2, Greme Foster 4.
