STEAMER EXPRESS SERVICE The Union Steam Ship Company announces that the T.E.V. “Maori” which was to have been withdrawn from the Lyttelton-Wellington Steamer Express Service for a week on her arrival at Wellington on Sunday, February 27th for adjustments to her bow rudder, will not now enter the drydock until Friday, March 11th, and will resume her running again on Friday, March 18th. In consequence, the “Rangatira,” which is at present operating the Wel-lington-Picton Service, will take over the “Maori’s” running, withdrawing from the Wellington-Picton Service on her arrival from Picton on March 10th. The “Tamahine” will re-enter the latter service on Friday. March 11 th. Passengers who have purchased tickets and booked reservations for travel by “Rangatira” between Wellington and Lyttelton or Lyttelton and Wellington for the period February 28th to March sth, are asked to kindly communicate with the nearest office of the Union Steam Ship Company to have their tickets adjusted for travel by “Maori.” Similarly, passengers booked by the “Maori” for travel both ways from the Uth to 17th March inclusive are asked to call at the nearest Union Steam Ship Company’s office to have their tickets altered for travel by the “Rangajira.” —-Advt.
