Sir John Harding for Bangkok.— The Chief of the Imperial General Staff, General Sir John Harding, would accompany Sir Anthony Eden on a tour of South-east Asia before and after the S.E.A.T.O. conference at Bangkok, beginning on February 23, the British Foreign Office announced today.—London, February 15.
