First Orthodox Church in N.Z.

The foundation-stone of the first Greek Orthodox Church to be built in TTew Zealand will be laid at a special service on Sunday on a site near St. Alban’s Anglican Church, in the suburb of Mount Eden, Auckland. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Father A. Guduen, Wellington. Until the church is completed, services will continue to be held in St. Alban’s Church. The new church will be built by members of the Greek Orthodox community.
