(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, November 3. > Mr M. P. Congdon, of Wellington, was elected president of the Harbour Boards Executive Officers’ Association when the annual conference was held at Auckland yesterday. • Other officers elected were: vicepresident, Mr A. C. Clarke (Auckland); executive committee, Messrs A. G. Park (Otago), G. A. Eddowes (Taranaki). J. R. Harland (Napier), E. A. Knull (Gisborne), W. H. Orr (Nelson), A. L Burk (Lyttelton), and N. D. Cullen (Bluff).
