Remanded.—William Ferguson Cuthbert. aged 18, and Michael Vigler, aged 24. two seamen, were jointly charged with converting to their own use a„ motor-car valued at £SCO. the property of Joseph Bevan Me a on October 2, at a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday. Mr N. J. G. Speary, and Mr A. Henderson, J.P., were on the Bench. Each accused was remanded until today, bail being allowed in the sum of £5O and one surety of £5O.
