BOYS’ BRIGADE DRIL COMPETITION
The Ist Christchurch Company v the senior section of a drill comp tion held by the Canterbury Battal of the Boys’ Brigade on Saturday. 1 12th Christchurch Company was i ond. The same two companies v first equal in the junior section. Sergeant R. Brown, of the Christchurch Company, won the Fli ing Medal for the best non-comn sioned officer. The competition was judged by Q tain S. Nicholls, of the Canterbury: serve of officers, assisted by the pfl dent of the battalion (Mr J. L. Bis The uniform judge was Mr R. Thoc assisted by the battalion secretary!! G. D. Smith). The competition was held in ‘ Christchurch East School grounds, new company from Kaiapoi took? in the inspection competition. •
