Austrian Attempt To Climb Cho Oyu

Tbre® Austrians led by 42-year-old Dr. Herbert Tichy, who plan an attempt on the 27,000 ft unconquered peak of Cho Oyu in the Everest region reached the Sherpa centre of Namche Bazar last Tuesday, according t° reports reaching Katmandu today climbers, who are five days be*heir schedule, are pushing through heavy monsoon weather to hi S> pass to Tibet from Nepal—where they will establish their base camp for the assault on the peak, the worlds seventh highest.
