U.S. Officer Guilty Of Collaboration
WASHINGTON. September 22. An 11-officer court-marital board today found Lieutenant-Colonel Harry Fleming, of the United States Army, guilty of a charge of collaborating with the enemy while a prisoner in a North Korean prison camp. He was found not guilty of charges of Informing on other prisoner, under nis command and of conduct unbecoming an officer by jumping on the foot of an American corporal, who also was a prisoner. He faces punishment ranging from a simple reprimand to life imprisonment at the discretion of the Court.
