WAGGONS AND TRUCKS TO BE USED (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 29. Plain-clothes traffic patrols would soon be equipped with station waggons and fight trucks, said the Minister of Transport (Mr W. S. Goosman) today to members of the Road Safety Council.
