COMPLAINTS MADE ABOUT NOISE FROM FACTORY.—Forty-four residents of the area at the intersection of St. Asaph street and Fitzgerald avenue have signed a petition to the town planning committee of the City Council complaining about the noise from a sandblasting factory. This photograph shows a large cylinder which was treated recently. It is near a dwelling and, according to a St. Asaph street householder, the noise has been terrific.
