NEW BISHOP OF NELSON
CONSECRATION SERVICE (New Zealand Press Association) NELSON, June 11. The Ven. Archdeacon F. O. HulmeMoir, formerly Archdeacon of Cumberland. in the diocese of Sydney, was today consecrated the seventh Bishop of Nelson, in succession to the Rt. Rev. p. W. Stephenson. The consecration service was held in Nelson Cathedral this morning, and was attended by all the Bishops of the Province of New Zealand. The Primate of New Zealand (Archbishop Owen) conducted the service. The Archbishop of Sydney (the Most Rev. H. K. Mowll) preached the sermon.
