Empire Games Athletes Congratulated.—Three former pupils of the Christchurch Technical College, Miss June Blackburn (athletics), J. M. Carr (athletics), and L. P. Lock (cycling), who have been chosen for the New Zealand Empire Games team, will receive congratulatory letters from the college board of managers.
