Silver Disappears From Train
(Rec. 11 p.m.) SYDNEY. June 4. Silver ingots, weighing 3Jcwt, valued at £2OOO, have disappeared from a goods train between Melbourne and Sydney. The silver was consigned from the Melbourne firm of Harringtons Metallurgists, Pty., Ltd., to their Sydney branch. The ingots, in a wooden box, were railed from Melbourne several days ago, and have not reached their destination.
