Mr P. R. Heydon, High Commissioner for Australia in New Zealand, will arrive in Christchurch today. He will call on the Mayor (Mr R. M. Macfarlane, M.P.) at 11 a.m. on Tuesday. He will be the guest of the Overseas League that evening, when he will speak on his experiences in Brazil.

Lieutenant-Colonel H. G. Woolier, Chief of Staff at Northern District Headquarters, is to exchange appointments with Lieutenant-Colonel R. W.
