Forecast: light winds, mainly « weather, cloudy with scattered drizzle early, but becoming fair; moderate day temperatures. Outlook for Sunday: cloudy, possibly rain later. The following is the forecast for the West Coast of ‘he South Island:— Light or moderate variable winds; weather, fair to cloudy; moderate temperatures. Outlook: rain. CHRISTCHURCH WEATHER The day in Christchurch yesterday was cloudy, with a light easterly wind. The maximum temperature was 59.7 degrees.
