Asylum for Rumanian Runner.— The Rumanian long-distance runner Luigi Dumitru, who participated in the Communist-sponsored cross-coun-try race in Paris on March 21, refused to board the aeroplane for home today. and successfully sought political asylum in France.—Paris. March 25.
