A charge of theft of £919 17s by fraudulently omitting to account for or pay the money to the Totaiisator Agency Board was preferred in the , Magistrate’s Court today against Alexander Pitkethley, a bootmaker. On the application of Detective-Ser-geant M. J. Ross, the accused was re- ; manded to appear on March 25. Bail was allowed. $
