DEIMOS WINS WAIAPU HANDICAP (New Zealand Press Association) GISBORNE, February 14. The Poverty Bay Turf Club's summer meeing was concluded yesterday in ideal weather on a fast track. The totalisator turnover for the day was £50,723 10s, compared with £52,759 10s on the second day last year. The total for the two-day meeting was £93,476 10s, against £93,285 10s a year ago.
