Modern Display Methods at Museum
The preparation of remarkable habitat settings, made in plastics, for school display cases provided by the Canterbury Museum was praised by Mr R. K. Milne at a meeting of the Canterbury Education Board. Mr Milne mentioned the bellbird sitting on a branch of wokhai blossom which, he said, conld not be distinguished from the original. It was to be hoped that Mr Ralph Riccalton’s part-time appointment as art-technician would be made permanent, Mr Milne said.
