BANKRUPTCY DISCHARGE Ernest Harold Swallow, a manufacturers’ representative (Mr V. G. Spiller), was granted a discharge from bankruptcy by Mr Justice McGregor in the Supreme Court yesterday. His Honour said that, as there had been a conviction under the Bankruptcy Act it was mandatory that the discharge be suspended. He would make an order for discharge but it would be suspended for one day.
