PRICES RANGE FROM £270 TO £475 Building sections in Bower avenue, North Beach, and at Rose street, Spreydon were sold yesterday at public auction. For 12 sections on Bower avenue yers P aid between £270 and £ 420 Three sections at Spreydon brought from £375 to £475. Most of the North Beach sections were of 24.2 perches. Four facing the brought £420. another brought £4lO, two sold for £3lO, two for £3OO, or £330, and two back sections sold for £270. The three on Rose street, sold last brought £475, for 32 perches. £450 for 27 perches, and £375 for 36 perches.
