Rebore all cylinders. Decarbonise head, grind valves and seats. Renew substandard valve guides and valve springs. Renew all burnt valves or seats. Refit new pistons and piston rings. Fit new gudgeon pins and bushes. • Straighten all connecting rods. Grind crankshaft main and crankpin bearing journals. Fit all new main and crankpin bearings. Replace camshaft bearings if necessary. Overhaul oil pump. Replace timing gears. Fit new shafts and seals to waterpumps. Assemble motor with all new gaskets. Steam clean entire under-bpnnet. Repaint whole engine. Reface clutch pressure plate and flywheel. Reline clutch plate. Replace clutch pilot bearing. Replace flywheel starter ring gear. Recondition starter motor, generator, distributor, carburettor and fuel pump. Refit “SECOLISED” engine to vehicle. Test run motor. Supply set new spark plugs. Supply sump of new oil.
