CHIANG’S CABINET RESIGNS
(Rec. 12.55 a.m.) TAIPEH, Nov. 18. Marshal Chiang Kai-Shek's entire Cabinet resigned today. There is speculation among observers in Taipeh of a major break in Marshal Chiang’s long leadership of the Nationalist Chinese Government.
