R.A.F. IN FAR EAST
VISIT OF COMMANDER TO NEW ZEALAND (New Zealand Press Association) ‘AUCKLAND, November 18. The Commander-in-Chief of the Far East Air Forces (Air Marshal Sir Clifford Sanderson), with Lady Sanderson, will arrive at Whenuapai at 4.15 p.m. tomorrow for a five-day visit to New Zealand. Air Marshal Sanderson will spend Friday iir Auckland, and then go by car to Wellington, visiting Rotorua, Wairakei, and National Park on the way. In Wellington on Monday he will meet the Minister of Defence (Mr T. L. Macdonald) and later the Prime Minister (Mr Holland). He will leave for Australia by air from Ohakea on Tuesday.
