(Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, November 8. “The Queen has ruled against proposals to make the Duke of Edinburgh Prince Consort before they leave for their Commonwealth tour,” said the “Sunday Express” today. “The Duke does not want to change his title just now, but the Queen is to ask her Dominion Prime Ministers for suggestions for a title which would associate her husband more closely with the Commonwealth,” the newspaper said. /
