LANDING AND BOMBING COMPETITION
The first landing and bombing competition for 1953-54 was held bv the Canterbury Aero Club at the Christ* church airport yesterday. There was a light easterly wind, and conditions were good.
Best scores, out of a possible 200, were: B. Challis 169, A. Green 164, G. L. Small 161. Results of the senior aerobatic competition for the Aerobatic Cup (possible 60 points) were: R. Alexander, 53 points, 1; G. L. Small, 40, 2' D. J. Harrington, 38, 3. Mr B. Challis was judge.
