Remanded.—Martin Joseph Patrick Mulally, aged 30, a labourer, who appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday, was remanded to appear on Thursday on a charge of indecent assault on a girl aged six. Bail was allowed in the sum of £5O, with one surety of £5O. Mr L. H. Petrie, J.P. and Mr L. E* Rowley, J.P., were on I the Bench.
